Program Highlights:
- Accompany the potential purchaser on their first visit to the Model Home and register by filling out an Agent Registration Agreement form with a Sales Associate that confirms the terms of cooperation.
- A sales contract must be entered into between the registered client and Penn Homes within 30 days of the first visit. (If there is a timing issue with your client in the decision making process, extensions will be considered on an individual basis through communication between Realtor and Sales Associate.)
- The registered client can not have had any prior contact with a Sales Associate or employee of Penn Homes.
- The contract, deposit, closing and all other related matters are handled by Penn Homes Sales Associates.
- Commissions will be paid on the contract amount at closing.
