Your Penn Home isn't done - until we walk through it ourselves.
Many builders wrap construction, hand you the keys and walk away. Not us.
Upon completion of you’re new home, an authorized Penn Homes representative will visit your home site and walk through the finished product from front door to back door - floor to ceiling & end to end, checking and making our final inspection. We fully believe that your home is a group project, and we want you to be 110% satisfied. To that end, we take it upon ourselves to conduct all necessary final inspections of your home site, noting any issues you may have concerns about.
If there happens to be an issue or
concern, we will do our best at that point to ensure that
any necessary repairs are completed quickly and easily, allowing
you to move into your new home absolutely as soon as possible.
In addition, we return TWICE, once at your 60 day and again at
your 11 month anniversary, to inspect your home in order to satisfy
our own continuing quality standards in providing to you
the best home for your investment.
